**So, wanted to post an update. The company called and let us know that "their equipment does not cut dandelions or other thick grass well" which is why it looks like our yard was patchy. They did credit us back for both mowing charges (one of which we never had done...) which was appreciated.We hired this company to do the mowing for our lawn due to an un expected health issue. The quality of the mowing was absolutely awful, with large patches left completely untouched. When we called the office to ask about getting someone to come out and fix the issue, the woman who answered was incredibly rude, confrontational, and refused any sort of remedy. We immediately cancelled our ongoing service with the company. On top of everything, they charged us for two mows jobs when we received our bill, saying they had that in their records and refused to change the fee.

Love Fast Eddie's service. Timely, professional. Great customer service. Prescott normally provides the service, he is very thorough, takes the extra time to explain what he is doing. Gives great advice on lawn care and potential problems.
